Synopsis

In Mosul, four students return to university, driven by a deep thirst for life and learning: Talal dreams of a society more open to the world, Zainab fights for women’s emancipation, Abdallah seeks to restore cultural heritage, and Fawz aspires to become a writer. Through their hesitant yet determined steps, an entire society is being redrawn.
